RULES FOR USING A BASE
1. No frankendolling unless other base maker allows it (if you use a base made by Bengara-Koushi, ask for permission before frankendolling)

2. If you don't give me credit for making it, you aren't allowed to use it

3. Edits are allowed (i.e. gender change)

4. Link to me the finished product. I want to see what you did

5. It seems that people cannot handle a slightly complex rule, so, once again, I'm going to make things simple. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH TWIN MADE THE BASE YOU HAVE USED!!! In case someone hasn't figured it out, there are two people (TWINS) sharing this account. If you don't supply a link to the base, they'll need to know which folder to go to. You do not have to post our icon or do this: ~We-Be-Cool. I CANNOT make this any simpler for you. Also, please supply a link to the base or our PIXEL (a simple :dev or :icon twinpixels : will suffice) account.
-People have trouble reading and following this rule. Let me show you what I'm asking for.

Base by We-Be-Cool (WBC is also fine, people will figure it out.) or Base by Bengara-Koushi (again, B-K is fine.).

7. You are only allowed to post the product on DeviantArt. The finished product is not allowed to be post on other sites such as Quizilla, PhotoBucket, etc. without our permission. So, if you wish to post it somewhere else, please send us a note asking so.
